SHIPPING HINTS

 

  1. Invest in good packing material, it will be returned to you and it can be used again for other of your shipping needs.  Use a minimum of 2 – 3” of  padding such as bubble wrap and a sturdy box.   Bubble wrap and then cardboard over the screen is a  good option.  A box in a box of peanuts  is also good choice.

  2. Fed Ex – Kinko’s sells a padded laptop box for about $11.00.  A 15” – 17” laptop will fit it it as well as most 15” and 17” flat panels (with the stands removed)

.      

  1. For flat panel monitors you can remove the stand  and not send it to us for ease in shipping.    The panel is shaped like a rectangle and easy to ship.  There are usually four screws in the stand to detach it from the monitor.  (Keep the screws)
     
  2. Include the remote, power supply or charger and pack in a place so that it won't cause weight to the screen.
     
  3. Include the Repair Form so that we have your info to contact you.
